Dear Friends and Loved Ones of Kathy,

We are planning a Celebration of Life for Kathryn Mary Carbone, MD on Saturday 9/27 in Madison, Wisconsin. She passed away July 23, 2025 in Nashville, TN.  A sister, physician, researcher, mentor, and friend to animals, she spent her days helping both people and pets live healthier lives, and we will gather to celebrate her life.

This celebration will take place from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Attic Angels conference room at 8301 Old Sauk Road, Middleton, WI 53562
