All PVGRC members (regular and associate) are eligible for trophies and awards. They will be awarded in 2024 for all AKC and GRCA qualifying performances occurring in the 2023 calendar year. You will find the guidelines and requirements for all PVGRC trophies and awards by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page, or by visiting the Annual Awards Guidelines item on the Awards dropdown menu.

Members are responsible for having their dog's names and titles spelled correctly and titles in the correct order! You can look up your dog on the AKC website to get the proper listing order. Only AKC-issued or GRCA-issued titles or titles awarded through the AKC's Title Recognition Program (dock diving, barn hunt, therapy dog, etc.) can be included on your dog's title on the trophy. Please remember to also double check the spelling of your dog's name. Use this form to apply for one of the following: 1) A single Challenge trophy for a single dog, or 2) A single Perpetual trophy for a single dog, or 3) A single Annual trophy for a single dog, or 4) A Veteran Achievement Award for a single dog. If you have more than one dog or more than one Challenge or Perpetual trophy or Veteran Achievement Award for which you want to apply, simply fill out a new form for that dog. Do not use this form to apply for rosettes. There is a separate form for rosettes. First, you will enter information about you the owner(s) of the dog. This includes information about the qualifying activities that you participated in during the year. You need to have accumulated at least five activity points to qualify for a trophy. Activity point eligibility is explained in the Trophy Guidelines here. Then you will provide information about the dog for which the trophy or award application applies.

After you submit this form, you will receive an acknowledgment of your submission, including the content of the form. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours, please notify the PVGRC webmaster at webmaster@pvgrc.org. If after you have submitted your form you realize that you have made a mistake regarding a dog you listed on the form (entered a title you did not earn in 2022, forgot a title, misspelled the dog's name, etc.), no problem! Just submit a new form and enter all general information (name, address, etc.) plus all the specific information on the dog for which a correction needs to be made. Do not re-enter any dogs that were submitted correctly on the first form you completed, just the dog that is being corrected. Then make a note in the Comments section at the end saying that the form is a correction of the submission for . That's it! The deadline for submission is 11:59 PM on February 20, 2024.
