Please use this form to register for the May 10, 2025 PVGRC Field Training Day. Registration closes Wednesday evening May 7 at 5:00 p.m. This event includes both land and water retrievals. Payment online via PayPal is the preferred method of payment. You will be given an opportunity to pay online using your preferred credit card (with PayPal acting as the credit card processor) near the bottom of the form. Although not preferred, payment by exact cash or check is available on the day of the event. We are no longer able to offer refunds if you cancel a registration at any time. This event is limited to the first 50 dogs. Although we will endeavor to close entries when the limit is reached, you may be informed at a later date that because we are over the limit you will not be able to participate. If you are a PVGRC member and log in first, much of your information will be filled out automatically. When you have completed the form, click the Submit button at the bottom. Fields marked with (*) are required.

If you selected the Check or Cash payment method, you MUST bring either exact change or a check for the exact amount to the event. Be sure your check is made out to PVGRC.

If I paid via PayPal, I will include treasurer@pvgrc.org on my email. Similarly, I may remove one or more dogs from the event by sending an email to fieldtraining@pvgrc.org.
