Please use this form to register for the September 30, 2023 PVGRC Field Training Day. Registration closes Thursday evening at 5:00 p.m., September 28, 2023. This event will be water and land, with no live flyers.
If you are a PVGRC member and log in first, much of your information will be filled out automatically.
We have added a simple security question that must be answered in order for you to complete the form. Just type the answer to the question.
When you have completed the form, click the Submit button at the bottom. Fields marked with (*) are required.
If you selected “Puppy” for the age of dog #1, please enter the puppy’s age in months.
I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. I may cancel up until the closing date of registrations for this event. To cancel, I agree to send an email to fieldtraining@pvgrc.org. If I paid via PayPal, I will include treasurer@pvgrc.org on my email. Similarly, I may remove one or more dogs from the event by sending an email to fieldtraining@pvgrc.org. I understand that removal of a dog from my registration also must be accomplished by the date of closing of event registration in order for me to receive a refund for that dog’s entry fee.
