Please use this form to register for the September 28, 2024 PVGRC Field Training Day. Registration closes Wednesday evening September 25th at 5:00 p.m. This event includes both land and water retrievals. This event is limited to the first 50 dogs. Although we will endeavor to close entries when the limit is reached, you may be informed at a later date that because we are over the limit you will not be able to participate. If you are a PVGRC member and log in first, much of your information will be filled out automatically. When you have completed the form, click the Submit button at the bottom. Fields marked with (*) are required. Please note that beginning with the July field training day, our prices have gone up by $5.00 per dog.

If you selected the Check or Cash payment method, you MUST bring either exact change or a check for the exact amount to the event. Be sure your check is made out to PVGRC.

I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. I may cancel up until the closing date of registrations for this event. To cancel, I agree to send an email to fieldtraining@pvgrc.org. If I paid via PayPal, I will include treasurer@pvgrc.org on my email. Similarly, I may remove one or more dogs from the event by sending an email to fieldtraining@pvgrc.org. I understand that removal of a dog from my registration also must be accomplished by the date of closing of event registration in order for me to receive a refund for that dog's entry fee.
